The Intamsys Funmat HT Enhanced is the ideal printer for users who want to process even the most demanding materials
Due to the installation space, which can be heated up to 90°C, high temperature materials such as PEKK, PEI (Ultem), PPSU etc. can be processed on the Funmat HT. Common plastics such as ABS or PC also benefit from the heatable installation space. The printing plate can be heated up to 160°C, the print head up to 450°C.
The spacious printing space of 260 x 260 x 260 mm allows the implementation of larger components.
Intamsys has equipped the printer with an open filament system. Materials with a filament diameter of 1.75 mm can be processed regardless of the manufacturer. A filament sensor monitors the printing status.
The enhanced version of the printer comes with the following improvements:
- Automatic print bed calibration
- New printing plate (from borosilicate glass to glass ceramic)
- Faster heat-up (and a more constant installation space temperature)
- New stepper motor drivers (faster, quieter and more precise)
