Formlabs High Temp V2 resin for Formlabs SLA 3D printers
Heat resistant resin was developed for the production of functional prototypes at high temperatures.
The most important characteristic of this material is the heat deflection temperature, i.e. the temperature at which material deforms under a certain load. The heat distortion temperature of High Temp resin is 289 °C at 0.45 MPa.
The heat-resistant resin is particularly suitable for applications where the component must withstand high temperatures under minimal stress. However, since the material has almost no flexibility, Formlabs High Temp in its second version is not suitable for printing parts such as snap locks or bending hinges.
This is the latest version of Formlabs High Temp resin in the second generation (V2).
Note: Formlabs cartridges physically fit all Formlabs SLA 3D printers from the second generation onwards (Form 2, Form 3 and Form 3L). However, a material may not be compatible with your printer and a corresponding material profile cannot be selected in the PreForm software. Therefore please always check in PreForm beforehand that the corresponding resin is compatible with your printer.
